For this weekend ( 30.11 . And 01.12. )  Fitness Club Soko Gym in cooperation with Mall of Montenegro prepared a weekend which will be filled with positive energy, training and entertainment as part of the fifth Fitness Festival , "Be fit, be healthy ," which will be held this year on the third floor of the shopping center Mall of Montenegro .
You will be able to attend classes of yoga , Pilates , hyp -hop, jazz aerobics , as well as many other types of training , and for every workout in which you take  part, you will earn a 10% discount on monthly membership fee in all clubs participating in the festival. With a guidance of domestic and foreign fitness instructors, this can be a great opportunity lose excess weight during a weekend, because you will face more than 20 different workouts . Three of the most active participants will win the prizes for the most enthusiastic fitness person. Mall of Montenego in cooperation with the Association of Parents is celebrating World Breastfeeding Week from 1 to 7 August. For all mothers and their babies, we have prepared a special gift, comfortably furnished " Breastfeeding corner" in which mothers will be able to feed their child in friendly atmosphere and ambience of a living room, and also to take a look at materials on breastfeeding topic prepared by Parents Association and therefore learn how they can request the support and assistance of other mom with a background in nursing.
